Authorization Charge?

NOTICE: To confirm and secure your appointment, we kindly request an authorization hold of $50. This amount will not be charged but serves as a precautionary measure to ensure your commitment to the appointment.

What to Expect : Upon completion of the service, you will only be charged for the actual service fee, which covers the expert assistance you receive. Additionally, any other necessary purchasing expenses incurred during the service will be included in the final billing.

How the Authorization Works : The $50 authorization hold will be placed on your payment method prior to the appointment. As mentioned earlier, this amount will not be charged immediately but will be released once the appointment is successfully completed. This process helps us ensure that both parties are committed to the agreed-upon time and service.

Are your errand runners trustworthy?

Yes, absolutely. We understand the importance of trust when it comes to handling our customers’ tasks and errands. All our errand runners go through a rigorous screening process, including background checks, to ensure they are reliable and trustworthy individuals. Your tasks are in safe hands with us.

How do I pay for your services?

We offer convenient payment options for our customers. You can pay for our services using credit or debit cards, Our website and customer service representatives can provide more details on the payment process.

What are your operating hours?

Our errand running services are available Monday-Sunday 6am-10pm. However, please note that specific task requests and availability may vary depending on the nature of the errand. We strive to accommodate our customers’ needs to the best of our abilities. Only open available scheduled spots will be shown for selection.

Can I schedule recurring errands?

Absolutely! If you have regular errands that need to be taken care of, we offer recurring service options. Whether it’s a weekly grocery run or monthly prescription pickups, we can set up a schedule that works for you. Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll handle the rest.

How far in advance should I schedule an errand?

We recommend scheduling your errands at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that some tasks may arise unexpectedly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate those requests on short notice, depending on our availability.

What areas do you serve?

We currently provide our errand running services in Broward County. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, please reach out to our customer service team, and they will assist you accordingly.

We strive for excellence in every task we handle, but in the rare event that something goes wrong, we have a dedicated customer support team ready to assist you. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll work diligently to resolve any issues or concerns.
