If the cancellation request is received before the Errand Runner begins the errand, we will process the cancellation and provide a full refund.

b. Errand Runner-initiated Cancellations: In some exceptional cases, an Errand Runner may need to cancel an errand due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. If an Errand Runner initiates a cancellation, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

2. Refund Policy
a. Deficiency in Services: If an errand is completed, but the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or if there is a deficiency in the service, you must report the issue to us within 7 days of the completion of the errand. Our customer support team will evaluate the situation and, if the claim is valid, provide an appropriate refund for the affected portion of the service.

b. Non-Performance by Errand Runner: If an Errand Runner fails to perform the agreed-upon service without a valid reason, resulting in non-delivery of the errand, you must report the issue to us within 7 days of the scheduled completion date. We will investigate the matter, and if the Errand Runner is found responsible for the non-performance, we will issue a full refund.

c. Payment Disputes: If you believe there has been an unauthorized or incorrect charge, or any other payment-related issue, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if appropriate, provide a refund.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
In some cases, we may consider refunds or cancellations for situations not explicitly covered by this policy, such as extenuating circumstances or unforeseen events. Decisions regarding such exceptions will be made at our discretion.
